The Jury nominees of the contest part of Computer Space and the Organizing Committee selections have been announced here. The winners among nominees will be announced during the Award ceremony on 27.10.2022 in Sofia. Voting for your favorite projects is also available on the site.
Computer Space is a non-profit international festival of computer arts with prestigious international participation and response in all major media. This is one of the first festivals of its kind in Europe, which currently has 34 editions and is organized annually in 1988. With its numerous projects and visits from around the world, “Computer Space” is the most important event for computer arts, in Southeast Europe.
Computer Space includes contest and festival part. All the events are free and open to the public, especially encouraging the participation of students and young artists. Every year more than 200 projects in the sphere of computer arts have been presented by their authors and discussed. The creative idea, the transformation of the idea to project, the combination of technology and art in the implementation, the society impact of computers have been always a main focus of the symposium in the frame of Computer Space.
SCAS is the creator of “Computer Space” and is responsible for the very existence of the forum since its beginning. SCAS and Center for the Development of Computer Technologies and Arts are the main organizers of the competition as well as the festival part of “Computer Space”. Every year it provides the traditional statuette of the forum for the winners in the competition part, as well as certificates and other material and financial prizes. SCAS organizes the awarding ceremony and selects the seminar participants. Independent jury from well known experts will evaluate the submitted projects in the contest part.
